CNC Shop

Introduction

Roles within the Haas F1 CNC shop provide support for the full-scale competition cars and the 60% scale wind tunnel testing car. The shop is comprised of various roles supporting the functions of Programming, Machining, Quality, Planning and Purchasing. Our processes start with the planning and materials purchasing for the parts requested from our UK and Italy entities. Our programmers will begin the manufacturing process, then assigning parts to our machinists for production, then sending the parts through a comprehensive quality inspection prior to being shipped to the UK or Italy, or directly to a track.
