EVENT DETAILS

The TGR Haas F1 Team Austin Fan Event ("Event") will take place on 22 October 2026 at Domain Northside, Austin, Texas. Event timings, activities, and appearances are subject to change without notice.

BALLOT ENTRY

• Entry into the ballot is free of charge.
• Ballot entries must be submitted before the advertised closing date and time.
• Entry into the ballot does not guarantee a ticket to the Event.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

TICKET ALLOCATION

• Tickets will be allocated through a ballot process.
• Successful entrants will be notified through RaceMate and/or email on or around 21 October 2026.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• Each ticket admits one person only.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or duplicated tickets may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the organiser.

ADMISSION

• All attendees must present a valid event ticket or QR code for entry.
• Attendees may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Late arrivals may be refused entry.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

NON-TICKETED ENTRY

• Fans who are not selected through the ballot may be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis if venue capacity permits.
• Admission for non-ticketed guests is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of the organiser and venue management.

SECURITY SCREENING

• All attendees and personal belongings are subject to security screening, bag checks, and inspection upon entry.
• Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry without compensation.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted at the Event:

• Large bags, backpacks, oversized purses, and large tote bags.
• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, ammunition, pepper spray, and tasers.
• Professional photography, video, or audio equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, drones, or similarrecording equipment.
• Pets, excluding registered service animals.
• Laser pointers, air horns, noisemakers, promotional materials, flyers, samples, and any other item deemed inappropriate by venue management or security personnel.

Any item considered by security personnel to pose a safety, security, or operational risk.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & RECORDING

• Photography, filming, recording, and live streaming may take place throughout the Event by TGR Haas F1 Team, its partners, sponsors, authorised media, and content creators.
• By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, broadcasts, social media content, marketing materials, promotional materials, and other media.
• Attendees grant TGR Haas F1 Team, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and authorised third parties the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and display their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media worldwide and in perpetuity without compensation or further notice.
• Attendees may take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use only, provided they do not disrupt the Event, guests, or other attendees.

EVENT CONTENT

• Event schedules, displays, activities, appearances, and programming are subject to change without notice.
• Driver and Team Principal appearances are not guaranteed and may be changed, delayed, shortened, or cancelled without liability.

MERCHANDISE & PURCHASES

• Merchandise purchases are subject to availability.
• Product availability, pricing, purchase limits, and promotional offers may change without notice.
• All merchandise sales are subject to the applicable retailer's terms and conditions.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance at the Event.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TGR Haas F1 Team, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage, expense, delay, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with attendance at the Event.

EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

• TGR Haas F1 Team reserves the right to amend, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time where circumstances require.
• The organiser shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by attendees in relation to such changes.

PRIVACY & DATA USE

• By entering the ballot and/or attending the Event, participants acknowledge that personal information may be collected and processed by TGR Haas F1 Team and its authorised service providers for the purposes of administering the ballot, issuing tickets, communicating event information, managing venue access, and operating the Event.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
• Information provided may be shared with event partners, service providers, venue operators, security providers, and ticketing platforms where necessary for the administration and delivery of the Event.
• Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Marketing communications will only be sent where participants have provided the appropriate consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

MINORS

• Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the Event.
• Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of any minors attending the Event with them.
• Children attending the Event must have a valid ticket where required by the organiser.

GENERAL

• By entering the ballot and/or attending the Event, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any instructions issued by TGR Haas F1 Team, event staff, venue management, or security personnel.
• Any decision made by TGR Haas F1 Team regarding the Event, ticket allocation, admission, or operation of the Event shall be final.
